These terms apply to the Tale Stories app and to Premium bought on talestories.app. Tale Stories is made by Primawan Satrio. Contact: hi@talestories.app.

Using Tale Stories

You may use the app and its stories, pictures and recordings for your family's own reading. You may not copy, sell or share them outside the app. The narration voice is made with KittenTTS by Stellon Labs.

Premium in the app

Premium bought in the app is an auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage, cancel and ask for refunds in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, under their terms. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.

Premium bought on the website

Premium bought on talestories.app is paid once through DOKU and lasts for the period you choose (1 month or 1 year). It does not renew by itself. Buying again adds time to the end of your current period. It is linked to your Tale Stories account (your email address), and you use it by signing in to the app. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out. Refunds are given where the law requires.

Your account

Keep access to your email address: it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website. Premium time left on a deleted account is lost.

Changes and availability

We add and improve stories over time. We may change these terms; if we do, we update this page and the date at the top. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
